Overview
This project presents a compact MEMS single-cell injection platform that integrates an electrostatic comb-drive injector, a dual-arm microgripper, and piezoresistive force sensing for real-time feedback. COMSOL multiphysics simulations verified strokes exceeding 5 µm, safe injecting forces of 10–20 µN, and stable dynamics at >3 kHz natural frequency. The work has been published as a peer-reviewed article, highlighting its applicability to biomedical research.
